Rearranging the trade activities

During the past few days, there has been a significant shift in the way the Clubswingers are conducting their business. They noticed that the untapped trading potential in their newly settled trade center was vastly superior to the initial one and thus decided to gradually move the center of their activities there. As the trading activities shift away from the initial trade center, the Clubswingers' minister of finance decided to shift the initial center's economic model from a trading one to a production facility, while maintaining a minimum amount of trading activities. One of our paparazzi managed to sneak past the Clubswinger scouts and take a picture of some new buildings that verify this change in the economic model.
